What is SyncEzy?

SyncEzy is a bridge that connects different online applications together by tightly integrating the contacts, jobs, quotes and other functions so clients can use both the applications without having to worry about transferring data or information being out of sync.

SyncEzy is a product of 3DConsulting Pty Ltd.

What applications does SyncEzy connect together?

The applications that are currently live in our integration suite include:

We are continuously working on building new and more in depth integrations, so this list will keep expanding.  If you would like to discuss integrations that are not in this list, please contact us and we will do what we can to meet your needs.

What about the Security of my Data / Privacy of Customer Data?

Our complete site is encrypted over 128 Bit SSL security.  This is why you can see the HTTPS in your address bar. All communication you send us via the admin page is also encrypted, so you can be rest assured that your details are in safe hands.

SyncEzy does not store any of the data we sync for you. All the details that we copy from one database are instantly erased from our cache after pasting into the receiving database.

What are Different packages?

Sync Ezy offers 2 different packages based on what different users may need to be done, you can get all the package details from our pricing page.

All Packages come with premium support and 100% security.

 

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up.

When you log in as a subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade or just contact us and we can upgrade you.

Can I use the SyncEzy integration on multiple accounts?

No.

The single subscription license is for one business or account configuration. It cannot be used on multiple databases because the sync is individually configured.

We do a custom installation to one particular server and account configuration, it cannot be reused on multiple databases.

If you have multiple businesses using separate databases, contact us for a bulk pricing.

What is your refund policy?

Our goal has always been to have 100% delighted customers. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay as an unhappy customer.  We do not have any lock-in contracts, but as we are a service-based business that delivers the service 24 hours a day, we can only grant refunds of the most recent payment, because we have been providing the uninterrupted service right up until now.

For any information please email us at support@SyncEzy.com. Please be aware that all refunds are at our discretion and that all setup payments are non-refundable. You may cancel the service at any time. Please be aware that once service cancellation occurs, your account information stored on our site, settings and customisation will be deleted and inaccessible. After you have cancelled our service, to reinstate the service you will need to pay the initial establishment fees again.
