Elite Plumbing is a boutique plumbing business in Victoria that have a team in the field working on Domestic and Commercial plumbing projects and maintenance work.

They use simPRO to manage their jobs, and are very happy with it, but they were finding that their methods for tracking their labour hours were less then satisfactory.

Cammy McGregor, Elite’s Admin and Accounts manager, told us that before finding out about TSheets and SyncEzy, it was becoming difficult for the field staff to remember what jobs had been completed when it came to completing their timesheets at the end of the work, particularly when they were carrying out maintenance work and the volume of jobs was quite high.

They wanted to eliminate this issue and find a way for the staff to easily and accurately record their time daily rather than weekly.

When a fellow plumbing company, who is also a SyncEzy customer, told Cammy about TSheets she was very keen for them to give it a go.

Onboarding was hassle-free and the field staff have given positive feedback, saying that the app is easy to use.
