A SyncEzy Infusionsoft Success Story!

Accelerate Auto Electrics & Air-Conditioning is an Auto Electrical company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, that has been operating since 2008.

They were using simPRO for their job management and like the reporting features, and the insight it gave into how the business was running.  They we were doing a lot of manual marketing processes, such as customer emails and email marketing was being done through a different software. This involved a lot of manual syncing of databases and contacts, so they were looking for something that could integrate with simPRO to eliminate those manual steps and improve their processes. Quote follow-up campaigns in Infusionsoft were hugely successful and began to increase conversion rates dramatically, taking so much time pressure away from the Sales Manager. It doesn’t just send his emails for him, but keeps of track of his process, reminding him to make calls when necessary, or send an email, and stops deals slipping through the cracks.
