A SyncEzy Infusionsoft Success Story!

Gallant Plumbing is a Plumbing Business located in Burwood, Victoria that specialises in working with Property Professionals. They have a team of 30 people including office staff, plumbers and apprentices, and although they do project work, they specialise in maintenance plumbing.

Gallant are simPRO users for their job management, but found that they were not doing what was required in following up with quotes, and were losing business as a result.  Their conversions rates were not what they wanted them to be and something had to be done.  Edward Clarke, the owner of Gallant Plumbing, found out about Infusionsoft and SyncEzy and they  jumped at the opportunity to improve their customer service, and in general, improve process and make everything more seamless.

The transition was smooth, with support being found with Hari, who carried out the onboarding. Sophie said that she was very nervous that emails would go out to the wrong people at first, but that Hari took the time to go over everything and eliminate the risk of a new system doing the wrong things by mistake.
