A SyncEzy Infusionsoft Success Story!

Glenco is family-run multi-service Trade business operating out of Sydney, that was founded by brothers Glen and Brad Rosen in 1988 offering Electrical, Air Conditioning and Security services.

They use simPRO to run their operations and discovered Infusionsoft and SyncEzy in the simPRO Marketplace when looking for a solution to expand the CRM and Marketing capabilities of this system.

Glenco wanted to perfect their brand and take customer support and communication to the next level. They considered Salesforce but found this option wasn’t cost effective, and they were really drawn to the marketing automation possibilities made available by Infusionsoft.

The transition was smooth, although learning a new program, particularly one as powerful as Infusionsoft, is always a challenge, and Hari communicated with Lara and the Rosen brothers until all Glenco’s processes and requirements with Infusionsoft, and the sync with simPRO, were clearly understood by both parties, and then worked with them to make them live.

Once Infusionsoft was being used and synced with simPRO, there were multiple benefits to the business that Glenco began to note. These included:

  • The capacity to receive feedback automatically after a job was completed has enable Glenco to improve their customer rapport and satisfaction, and even get more reviews and referrals.
  • Efficiency in their internal operations has dramatically increased due to the internal job monitoring automation that has been set up between Infusionsoft and simPRO.
  • Marketing automation in Infusionsoft has resulted in an increase in sales, just from targeted email broadcasts, and the Quote Follow-up Campaign has significantly improved their conversion rates.
