Sync all Customers and Contacts with Salesforce. The SyncEzy integration is a two-way sync that connects simPRO Customers to Saleforce as Accounts, as well as all customer contacts, which are reflected under the relevant Accounts in Salesforce. All additions and edits are synced between the two systems, including tags and custom fields, so you will always have the information you need at your fingertips. Your master will always be simPRO – with Salesforce features at your disposal, synced and ready to go!
Quotes and Jobs
All simPRO Quotes are synced with Salesforce Opportunities with the SyncEzy integration. This can be 1 to 1, for a standard Opportunity with one Quote option, or multiple to one, in the case of a number of quoted options for one Opportunity, where only one will eventuate. This will help you forecast with accuracy and manage your pipeline efficiently.
Jobs are also sent from simPRO to Salesforce, where they appear against an Account (Customer) as Orders, so that you can see all your Customer’s Job History in your CRM.
