Sync your simPRO Data to Keypay
The Activity Pairing allows you to pair activities between simPRO and Keypay accounts.When you fetch timesheets for employees into the SyncEzy integration portal to send to Keypay, we fetch the following timesheets from the employee’s simPRO schedule:
- Quote timesheets
- Job timesheets
- All activities including time off/leave
Map simPRO Employees to Keypay Employees ready for Payroll.
In the Employee Pairing, you will have a list of employees added to your simPRO and Keypay accounts. This tab allows you to sync the employee’s name and profile from SimPRO to Keypay.
When Pay Day rolls around, SyncEzy will easily pull all timesheets from simPRO into the SyncEzy Portal, apply all the Labour Rate and Overtime rules, and from there times can be sent to keypay with the click of a button, or exported to a spreadsheet to be used as required.
