Hari has been super helpful as well. He is always helping us out which is really good because we always have got lots of questions. If something popped up, we would ask Hari and he would come straight back to us. He has been really helpful with everything that we have needed.
simPRO to TSheets integration
TFG Group is an Australian company delivering excellence in metal fabrication and mechanical installation services within the food, beverage, brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, resources, water, commercial and agricultural sectors. They use simPRO to manage their operations, most of which is project work. They have a workshop in Western Australia, where all the metal fabrication is done, and then they do the installations on site. They have a workshop in Melbourne also, and they recently expanded into Brisbane with another workshop for fabrication in Queensland.
With 30-60 field staff on installation work at any one time, TFG Group were wasting a lot of time on manual, paper timesheets, and chasing them up – at least two hours each day! Seeking to resolve this and become more efficient, they discovered SyncEzy and the simPRO Tsheets integration.
According to Chantelle Ulrich, TFG Group’s Officer Administrator, the transition to TSheets was smooth, with the field staff a little hesitant at first, but they all use TSheets with ease now.
