The core sync covers customers, sites, contacts, quotes, and jobs. In Zoho: companies from Simpro appear as Accounts; individual/residential customers appear as Contacts; contacts linked to a company in Simpro also sync as Contacts associated with the relevant Account; and quotes and jobs from Simpro appear in Zoho as deals/opportunities.

Yes. B2B company records sync as Accounts, and individual/residential customers sync as Contacts. If you need specific segmentation between B2B and B2C records in Zoho, this can be configured during your onboarding session.
