Simprosium is Simpro’s annual symposium: two days where trade and field service businesses that run on Simpro get together to learn, compare notes and fix what’s slowing them down. If you’re heading to Simprosium Sydney 2026, we’ll be there too. Here’s a short guide to getting the most out of it, plus how to find us if you’d like a chat.
Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November 2026, Hyatt Regency Sydney
Who Simprosium Sydney 2026 is for
Simprosium is Simpro Group’s customer conference for trade and field service businesses: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire, security and more. It’s worth going whether you own the business, run the office or are the person keying in jobs every day, because you’ll be in a room full of people dealing with the same problems. This year’s program has executive keynotes from Simpro Group leaders, including Chairman and CEO Fred Voccola, deep dives on the Simpro and AroFlo roadmap and the move to AI-first, and operator-led breakouts on workflow, profitability and performance.
How to get the most out of Simprosium
- Write down your top two or three Simpro headaches before you go. Two days of sessions go quickly. A short list keeps you focused on what would actually help your business.
- Bring the person who does the data entry, not just the owner. The people who re-key jobs, timesheets and customer details know exactly where the hours go. They’ll ask the sharpest questions in the room.
- Book partner conversations before the event. Once the sessions start, there isn’t much spare time. A booked slot means a proper conversation instead of five rushed minutes between talks.
- Ask other Simpro users what they’ve connected Simpro to. Someone there has probably already solved the problem you’re stuck on, and they’ll tell you what they’d do differently.
- Pick one change to make in the week after. One process to fix, or one system to connect. Decide before you leave, or good ideas fade by Wednesday.
Who should come and talk to us
We’re not there to pitch everyone. Come and find us if any of these sound like your office:
- Someone types new Simpro customers into your CRM by hand, and your sales pipeline never quite matches your job list.
- Your office team rings the techs to ask for a photo or a signed form, because job documents are stuck in Simpro or buried in email.
- Timesheets go into Simpro, then someone types the same hours into payroll.
- You’re about to change CRM, payroll or document storage and want to know what works with Simpro before you commit.
- You already use SyncEzy and want more from your setup, or you’ve got an idea we haven’t built yet.
Bring one real example, like a job you re-key every week, and we’ll show you what it looks like when it’s connected. If a simpler tool would do the job, we’ll tell you that too.
What we help Simpro businesses with
SyncEzy connects Simpro to the other systems your business runs on, so jobs, customers, documents, timesheets and staff data sync automatically and nobody re-keys them. The integration runs in the background, and when one of the apps changes something on its side, we deal with it, not you. In practice:
- CRM and sales: your sales team sees the same customers and jobs as the office, in Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce, without anyone copying details across.
- Documents: job files and photos land where your team already looks, in SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, so nobody has to go hunting.
- Payroll and timesheets: hours flow into Employment Hero Payroll, Xero Payroll or QuickBooks Time, so nobody types them twice and there’s one less place for a typo to creep into someone’s pay.
- Safety and compliance: inspections in Mitti (formerly SafetyCulture) connect to the right jobs and people in Simpro, instead of living in a separate silo.
- Reporting: your Simpro numbers reach Power BI, so owners can see how the business is tracking without waiting for someone to build a spreadsheet.
