If you’re using Procore Documents everyday, through either the desktop app (P4D), Procore Drive or Procore Sync, you’ll love our latest Procore Cloud Storage integrations.
We’ve built these integrations to extend the features of Procore Document Management and help cut down on you clicking around to find files.
The biggest Procore feature requests that our integration solves are:
Problem #1: Procore Sub Albums
Solution: Using Procore Documents for uploading images, synced via SyncEzy
By uploading your images to your Documents folder and using titles & tags, your files will be synced across to your cloud storage account and easily searched in List View, Small Image View or Large Image View.
Problem #2: Posting Videos into Procore
Solution: Using Procore Documents for uploading videos, synced via SyncEzy
By uploading your videos to a video folder (in Documents) within your Project and using titles & tags, your Procore video files will be synced across to your cloud storage account where they can be found & previewed on either desktop or mobile (using your cloud storage app).
Problem #3: Procore Document Sharing via a link
Solution: Using Procore Documents with files synced via SyncEzy to cloud storage
Currently, you have the options to select a Procore folder and then download to your computer or to email the folder to someone. When you email the files to someone, they can see a preview or download all the files.
With the SyncEzy Procore to Cloud Storage integration, your files are synced across to your cloud storage app so you can generate a folder link and share your Procore files via a link to staff, contractors and clients.
Problem #3: Procore Document Sharing for non-admins
Solution: Sharing Procore Documents from your cloud storage account to easily manage permissions
By syncing your Procore Documents to your cloud storage account, you can ensure that specific teams or individuals can view, edit and download your project files. Cut down on the calls and emails to Admins asking for them to share files or grant access.
Problem #4: Procore Photo Mark Up on Web
Solution: Sync Procore Documents to your cloud storage account to use in-built photo mark-up tools on desktop
By syncing your Procore Documents across to your cloud storage account, you can use their in-built photo proofing tools to collaborate with your team on mark-ups on your images.
Problem #5: Procore Folder Specific Permissions
Solution: Sync Procore Documents to your cloud storage account to give specific access to groups of users
When your files sync from Procore to your cloud storage account, you’ll have more granular permission settings to ensure that only the people you choose can see files or folders.
