Once a pay run completes, payslip PDFs sync back into HiBob against the right employee record. Staff get their payslips in the same place they book leave and update their details.
Leave applications sync
Leave syncs to payroll after approval in HiBob, so staff manage absences in one application and payroll sees approved leave without anyone forwarding an email.
Employee self-service
Staff update their own details, request leave and access payslips in HiBob, and it all reaches payroll without an admin in the middle. Less inbound to your HR team, fewer tickets.
