One person can hold multiple assignments in Oracle. We map person, assignment and payroll relationship properly rather than collapsing everything into a single employee record, which matters as soon as someone works across two roles or two entities.
Absence types mapped to payroll leave categories
Absences approved in Oracle map to the right leave categories in payroll, rather than arriving as a generic bucket your payroll team has to re-code every cycle.
Payslip sync back to Oracle
Once a pay run completes, payslip PDFs and payroll results sync back into Oracle against the right worker record. Staff get their payslips in the same place they book leave and update their details.
