At SyncEzy, we’ve always believed that deep, secure integrations are the key to unlocking productivity for our customers. Over the past nine years, we’ve built more than 40 “mile-deep” integrations that connect mission-critical systems for construction, field services, and enterprise organizations worldwide. One of our most successful integrations is the Procore ↔ Box Connector. Procore is the world’s leading construction management platform, and Box is the trusted content cloud for many enterprises – including organizations bound by strict Federal compliance frameworks. Together, they form a powerful combination for managing documents, projects, and workflows across complex teams.
Why FedRAMP Matters
Many large government contractors and agencies are required by law to use platforms that are FedRAMP certified. Box has long been a leader in this space, providing FedRAMP-authorized solutions for secure document management. Procore is also progressing toward FedRAMP authorization, which will open the door for broader adoption in Federal and defense sectors. This is where SyncEzy comes in. By working to align our Procore ↔ Box integration with FedRAMP standards, we can deliver a seamless and compliant bridge between these two platforms. For defense contractors, utilities, and Federal projects, this means:
- Secure data movement between Procore and Box, backed by industry-standard identity and governance.
- Compliance confidence, ensuring workflows remain within the guardrails of FedRAMP requirements.
- Simplified collaboration across agencies, contractors, and partners working on sensitive projects.
Building on Our Security Foundation
FedRAMP isn’t new territory for us. At SyncEzy, we’ve been SOC 2 Type II certified for more than three years – a rigorous standard for security, availability, and confidentiality. Our ISMS and compliance processes are independently audited, penetration-tested, and trusted by Fortune 100 companies, ENR Top 100 construction firms, and government agencies around the world.
Pursuing FedRAMP is a natural next step. While we cannot complete authorization without a Federal agency sponsor, we are preparing now – ensuring our architecture, documentation, and processes align with FedRAMP expectations. This proactive approach means we’ll be ready to support Federal clients and partners as soon as sponsorship becomes available.
Partnering for the Future
As official partners of both Procore and Box, we’re excited to deepen our role in the compliance ecosystem. We see enormous opportunity in helping large contractors and Federal projects securely connect the systems they already rely on. By bridging Procore’s project management power with Box’s secure content cloud, SyncEzy will deliver integrations that are not only seamless, but also compliant at the highest levels.
This is just the beginning. As Procore moves closer to FedRAMP authorization, and as more organizations demand compliant integrations, SyncEzy will be there – ensuring our customers have the secure, scalable tools they need to succeed.
👉 If you are a Federal contractor or builder looking to use Procore integrations that are FedRAMP certified, please get in touch. We are actively working toward this certification and look forward to partnering with you to deliver secure, compliant, and future-ready solutions.
