Pricing is a base subscription per company — not per user. All users within your organization can access the integration under one subscription.
Yes. The sync is not all-or-nothing. You can select specific Procore tools (Documents, Photos, Drawings, RFIs, Submittals) and choose which folders to include or exclude.
Syncs run at regular intervals — near real-time usually within 1 – 3 minutes. You can also configure the sync frequency to suit your workflow needs.
Yes. The two-way document sync mirrors your existing folder structure. Procore’s folder hierarchy is replicated in SharePoint (and vice versa).
Yes. When a new Procore project is synced, Syncezy automatically creates the corresponding folder structure in SharePoint using your configured template.
After signing up, a dedicated onboarding specialist walks your core implementation team through the configuration — mapping folders, selecting sync tools, and running a test sync. Most companies are up and running within a few sessions.
No. You don’t need to start fresh. If files already exist in both Procore and SharePoint, the initial sync will transfer content both ways and merge them according to your configuration.
The account used to connect Syncezy needs admin-level access in Procore to ensure all projects and tools can be reached by the sync.
Yes. Syncezy syncs files into SharePoint, and your existing SharePoint permission structure controls who can view or edit those files. The integration does not override SharePoint access controls.
Syncezy provides sync status dashboards and error notifications. Failed syncs are flagged with details so your team can diagnose and resolve the issue, or reach out to support.
Deletions are handled carefully. The system can be configured with soft-delete / quarantine options so that a deletion in SharePoint doesn’t immediately remove the file from Procore (and vice versa), giving you time to restore if needed.
