We all know about the wonders that Infusionsoft can do with external communication and sending intelligent emails to customers and more.
But that’s just one thing it can do, you can put the same intelligence to use internally to improve your team morale, company culture and do something special for employees. Now traditionally all of this would have been handled by a HR or Admin person, the thing is if you setup the system right it can do everything for you well, almost everything.
Let’s start with the simplest Birthday reminders. You already have all of your employee’s data in simPRO / MYOB / XERO or in your employee records. You can simply export it out of there and import into Infusionsoft.
To Export out of simPRO with all Employee details go here
Make sure to select to export all the fields when you run the export.
