Managing construction project documents across platforms can be overwhelming—especially when teams work in both Procore and SharePoint. That’s why SyncEzy’s Selected Folder Sync feature is a game-changer. It allows you to sync one specific top-level folder from Procore, along with all its subfolders and files, directly to SharePoint—with full two-way sync.
What Is Selected Folder Sync?
Selected Folder Sync lets you pick a single folder from within your Procore Documents module and link it to a designated SharePoint folder. Only that folder—and everything inside it—will be synced both ways. This keeps your sync clean, fast, and focused on what actually matters.
Whether it’s project photos, RFIs, contracts, or drawings, you can choose to sync only what your team needs in SharePoint without cluttering it with unrelated documents.
How to Set It Up
- Log in to your SyncEzy portal.
- Navigate to your Procore ↔ SharePoint integration.
- Under configuration settings, choose Manual Folder Mapping.
- In the Procore folder tree, select the top-level folder you want to sync.
- Select the destination folder in SharePoint.
- Enable Two-Way Sync.
- Click Save & Sync.
That’s it! The folder and all its contents (including newly added files and subfolders) will now sync automatically between Procore and SharePoint.
